When you use our contact form we collect the details you choose to send: your name, email address, website link, the service you're interested in and your message. Our hosting provider may also log basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure.
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a website audit or proposal you asked for, and manage any project we agree with you. Our lawful basis is your request (legitimate interests) or taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
We don't sell your data. We share it only with services that help us run the website and reply to you, such as our website host, form provider and email provider, and only as needed for that purpose.
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, or longer if we start working together and need records for that project, accounting or legal reasons.
